Product return or exchange policy:

Thank you for purchasing a product from BIGBEN. We hope you are happy to buy dresses from us. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return or exchange your dress. There will be some special conditions for this.

Conditions:

* If you don't like the dress after receiving it, you can return it within 3 days or 72 hours. But it must be in the condition (intact) in which it was given to you. Used, washed, untagged, torn, cut, frayed, non-returnable.

* The company shall bear responsibility if you mistakenly receive a product other than the one you ordered. Return the wrong product and your product will be delivered to you. For this, the delivery cost will be borne by the company.

* A refund of the cost of the dress will also be considered upon receipt of your dress. But in this case, you have to bear the delivery cost, and mobile banking cost. Then your money will be refunded within 7 working days.
